The Law of Attraction is the heartfelt belief that the energy of our thoughts and emotions can draw similar energies from the Universe, influencing our experiences and outcomes. Manifestation techniques are tools that help us intentionally create what we desire in our lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10 of my favorite manifestation techniques include visualization, affirmations, vision boards, meditation, gratitude, scripting, acting as-if, setting intentions, the 55×5 method and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manifestation is all about aligning your personal “vibes” with those of your desires. I’ve used Law of Attraction for the last 16 years to manifest my desires, and trust me when I say – this stuff works! \ud83c\udf1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n
